A decade after their well-received collaboration, Louis Vuitton will launch its second collaboration with 93-year-old Japanese artist artist Yayoi Kusama. First revealed on the Cruise 2023 runway show at the Salk Institute in San Diego, the new Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama Collection will bring the artist’s signature dots to the Maison’s creations. First Look: Yayoi Kusama for Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton collaborated with Japanese author and artist Yayoi Kusama on a line of clothes and accessories, all emblazoned with Kusama’s signature dots.

‘It’s really charming,’ Marc Jacobs told WWD of the collaboration. ‘It has the essence of the spirit of her work.’ The Louis Vuitton designer designated Vuitton’s monogram and Kusama’s dots as ‘both timeless and endless.’
