New York-based fashion designer Jason Wu is launching a new ‘sister’ label called Grey Jason Wu. The collection is inspired by his friends’ personal style.
“I often look to my friends for inspiration and I created this collection for women who look for beautifully made, well considered clothes that have a sense of whimsy and uncomplicated chic that suit their everyday lives.”

Acne Studios Releases First Handbag Collection
Swedish fashion house Acne Studios introduced their first line of bags. Crafted in supple, natural Italian leather, the range includes three models: Buckle jeans, Hero jeans and the Rope styles.
“For me a bag is more than an object, it’s a personaI thing. When I started looking at bags, the intention was not to do an ‘it-bag’, but to explore the world of bags and create different styles and characters. I really enjoy designing bags since it’s so sculptural, almost like creating a piece of art,” said Acne Creative Director, Jonny Johansson, in a statement.
Demna Gvasalia Is The New Creative Director of Balenciaga
Following the departure of Alexander Wang, Balenciaga has appointed Demna Gvasalia as the new creative director. The 34-year-old Georgian designer graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Antwerp and is the founder of provocative Parisian label Vetements.
