Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon were spotted arriving at the 2009 Fresh Air Fund Salute To American Heroes at Tavern On The Green on June 4, 2009 in New York City. Mariah actually looked lovely, but what would be a Mariah Carey dress without a few peakaboo cutouts running down one side of the dress. The Fresh Air Fund, an independent, not-for-profit agency has provided free summer vacations to more than 1.7 million inner-city children since 1877. Over 10 000 young New Yorkers enjoy free Fresh Air Fund programs annually.
