Lady Gaga is famous for her attention-grabbing, stylish dresses. At the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, one of her three outfits included a voluminous black dress and a matching spiked black headpiece, both designed by Giorgio Armani. The Giorgio Armani press offices unveiled two sketches revealing custom-made looks crafted by the designer specifically for Lady Gaga’s VMAs appearance.
