Burberry unveils its April ad campaign, shot by Mario Testino on the iconic Brighton Beach and featuring stars Sophie Kennedy-Clark and Matthew Beard.
“We wanted to create a dynamic, evolving campaign that reflects the diversity of our broad global consumer, revealing new British cast members each month, all with their own identity, embodying the different attitudes of the Burberry guy and girl. We shot the campaign on Brighton beach to celebrate the great British outdoors and our history of supporting emerging talent and to bring to life the emotion behind protection from the elements.” shared Christopher Bailey, Burberry Chief Creative Officer.

British Vogue May 2011: The Royal Wedding
British Vogue has certainly caught Royal Wedding fever in its May issue, titled ‘True Romance.’ Mario Testino photographed three supermodels for three separate covers: Natalia Vodianova in Vivienne Westwood, Freja Beha Erichsen in Oscar de la Renta, and Lara Stone in Bruce Oldfield. Lara’s expression is quite amusing to me—she’s the only one with a bit of life in it. Who’s your favorite? Check out the covers and video after the jump!
