Marc Jacobs is set to introduce a new fragrance, “Dot,” which is considered a “sister” to his immensely popular scents, Daisy (launched in 2007) and Lola (introduced in 2009). Described as a whimsical bottle adorned with a hybrid ladybug/butterfly motif, Jacobs shared with WWD, “It’s a whimsical bottle with a hybrid ladybug/butterfly motif.”
The fragrance itself is a delightful blend of red berries, dragon fruit, honeysuckle, jasmine, coconut water, orange blossom, vanilla, driftwood, and musk. Dot is scheduled to hit stores in July and will be available in three sizes: 1 oz. for $49, 1.7 oz. for $69, and 3.4 oz. for $89. The campaign for Dot was expertly captured by Juergen Teller and showcases the beauty of Australian model Codie Young.
