It has been confirmed by the fashion house that ‘Gossip Girl’ star Blake Lively will front a campaign for Chanel’s new Mademoiselle handbag line. ‘She’s a kind of American dream girl…I think she will become a great actress,’ Lagerfeld told WWD. Lagerfeld photographed Lively at Chanel’s famous headquarters on the Rue Cambon, on that iconic mirrored staircase. The official ads will be released in April. Congratulations, Blake! Personally, I don’t find her classy enough to represent Chanel.
