The “Gossip Girl” hottie looked lovely as she arrived at the Louis Vuitton fashion show during Paris Fashion Week at Cour Carree du Louvre on October 7, 2009 in Paris, France. I think this is the first look that I really like. I usually like bits and pieces of her outfits but this entire look is awesome!
