Carolina Fontoura transforms old bicycle chains into unique chandeliers

Very creative concept! I would have never guessed that something I usually imagine to be dirty and less than attractive could look so elegant. Mexican-Brazilian artist Carolina Fontoura is one such unique crafter,her chandeliers and lamps are made from recycled bicycle parts. Inspired by Victorian chandeliers, DIY, bike culture and the use of unique materials that impart an antique look to the chandeliers.
